In 1963 Bonariaanse Wegenbouw Maatschappij (BWM) was founded by parent company Janssen de Jong Caribbean. Since the founding of the company, many projects have been realized for the government as well as companies and private customers.

ANNIVERSARY
In November 2023 BWM’s 60-year anniversary was celebrated. During the celebration
four jubilees were put in the spotlight for their years of dedication to the company.
SERVICES
BWM is Bonaire’s main civil contractor. A staff of about 30 people brings many projects
to a successful result each year. If needed, BWM can rely on staff from sister company
Curaçaose Wegenbouw Maatschappij (CWM) in Curacao.
All goods and raw materials are currently obtained from sister companies Mijnmaatschappij and Betonindustrie Brievengat in Curacao, among others. These high quality materials, together with the expertise of our qualified personnel and our well equipped machinery, always guarantee a high quality result – whether we build you a new driveway or lay the complete infrastructure of a new real estate development plan.
MANAGEMENT
Managing Director at BWM is Mr. Pierre Montesant and General Manager is Mr. Novile
Bartholomeus. Mr. Montesant also manages sister company CWM at Curacao. He is
supported by his management team.
